VoyagerBot checks public career pages and job board APIs so Northeastern students hear about co-ops sooner. Here's how it behaves:
- It identifies itself as
VoyagerBot/1.0. - It follows robots.txt, including Crawl-delay and per-path rules.
- It keeps a few requests at most in flight per site, spaced out, and backs off on 429 and 5xx responses.
- It only reads public job listings. It never logs in, never submits forms, and never touches university job portals.
- It links students to your site to apply instead of republishing your job descriptions.
